No question is too small. We've heard them all, sweetums.

Because the kits are one of a kind, and one of a kind is easy to copy. Every kit hangs in the vault as its logo; the full kit, in all its glory, lives behind a passkey. Request one or book a call and we'll walk the vault with you.
Ah, the number. It's real, it's fair, and it's a fraction of a bespoke brand — and we only share it behind the passkey or on a call. Not to be coy: it protects the kits, and it means nobody window-shops your future brand.
Yes. Press I want it and we'll set your name in the logo and business card and send you a proof before any money moves. Fair warning: very long names and some designs don't mix — if yours doesn't fit, we'll tell you straight.
No — and that's the deal, sweetly. Kits are pre-made; that's why they're fast and why they cost what they cost. We set your business info into the design, and that's the extent of the surgery. If you want a brand built around you from scratch, that's our parent company, Test Monki.
Never. One kit, one practice, forever. Sold kits stay on the wall marked spoken for — partly as our portfolio, mostly as proof.
Series 1.0 kits are the originals — the full spreads. Series 2.0 kits are leaner and faster: a complete brand built around the Brand Card and a secondary graphic, and some arrive with the business name and URL already secured. And sometimes a 2.0 kit slips you a little something extra — an additional secondary graphic, or a pattern. Every kit's wall card says which series it is.
Up to two months from paid-in-full (holidays excluded) — a real human finishes every file to your name. Need it faster? Rush delivery exists; ask on the call.
Everything a designer, printer, or web developer will ever ask you for: ai, eps, jpg, png, and svg logo files, plus print items three ways (live text, outlined, outlined with bleeds) and a print spec sheet. See the full inventory on the Nitty Gritty.
The font files themselves, no — foundries license fonts per business, so that purchase has to be yours. Your style guide includes the exact purchase links and free look-alike alternatives. You only need them if you'll design new pieces in-house.
No — but your files arrive print-perfect, with specs and printer recommendations. Hand the folder over and walk away.
Look for the tag. Kits marked name + url ready come with a business name we've run a preliminary trademark search on and a URL we've already secured — both can be yours with the kit. Every other kit name is fictitious (we made them up because we couldn't help ourselves); if you fall for one, the trademark search, domain check, and legal clearance are yours to run. Either way, your IP lawyer gets the final word before you commit.
That's the candy counter. Ads, mailers, tooth fairy kits, refer-a-friend cards — if your brand needs it, we'll build it in your kit's style.
Double-check your details on the form — what you submit is what we set. Changes requested after final delivery carry a fee.
No. Kits are digital goods, so all sales are final — no returns, exchanges, or refunds. It's also why the proof, the windows, and this entire FAQ page exist: so you know everything before you buy.
