The Short Version

Every kit is one of a kind. When it's gone, it's gone — it hangs on the wall marked spoken for, forever.

first come

No holds, no dibs. The first practice to press I want it and see it through gets the kit.

name-fit check

We set your business name in the logo before anything is final. If your name doesn't fit the design, we'll say so straight.

48 + 48

You get 48 hours to approve your proof, then 48 hours to pay the invoice. Miss either window and the kit goes back in the vault.

two months

Paid in full to files-in-hand takes up to two months (holidays excluded). In a hurry? Rush delivery exists — ask on the call.

Kits are digital goods. No returns, no exchanges, no refunds — which is why every rule on this page comes first.

The Process

How buying works.

Same steps as the Big Door on Say Hi, with the fine print attached.

  1. 01Read this page and the FAQs. Two minutes, no surprises.
  2. 02Get behind the wall: book a call for the guided tour, or request a passkey and browse the full kits (and the price) on your own.
  3. 03Found the one? Press I want it and tell us about your practice. Kits are first come, first served — we don't hold kits, honey.
  4. 04We check that your name fits the design, set it in the logo and business card, and send you a proof. You have 48 hours to say "that works for me."
  5. 05An invoice arrives from our parent company, Test Monki. 48 hours to pay, or the kit goes back in the vault. Files never leave the lab before payment is complete.
  6. 06Paid in full, we get on a call and walk you through your whole brand — then finish the kit to your name. Before anything ships, we do an internal print test on the paper choice from your Paper + Print Kit so we can match your CMYK values to the RGB values you see on screen.
  7. 07Within two months (holidays excluded), everything lands in your own private client portal. Go be eye candy.
