Look with your eyes, not with your right-click.Browse all you like. The designs, words, and monkeys on this site belong to us — don't copy, scrape, or republish them. A passkey is personal: don't share it, and don't post what's behind it. Buying a kit has its own rules (Terms of Purchase). Be nice, and we'll get along famously.
This website is operated by Test Monki, LLC ("we," "us") under the Sugar Monki name. By using the site you accept these Terms of Use. If you're buying a kit, the Terms of Purchase also apply. You must be 18 or older to use the purchase and passkey features of this site.
Everything on this site — the kits, designs, logos, photographs, copy, characters, and code — is our intellectual property or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may browse and share links to the site; you may not reproduce, download, scrape, modify, or republish its content, or use our trademarks, without written permission.
Parts of this site sit behind a passkey. A passkey is issued to you personally and may be revoked or expired at any time. You agree not to share your passkey, and not to photograph, screenshot, copy, or republish the kits, prices, or other materials it unlocks. Unauthorized use of protected areas is a breach of these terms.
Submissions through our forms (other than your private order information) are treated as non-confidential. Where you share feedback, kind words, or photos of your finished brand, you grant us a license to use them in our marketing — we'll always aim to make you look good. We may decline or remove any submission.
The site may link to third-party sites (printers, foundries, and the like). They're provided as a convenience; we're not responsible for their content or practices.
The site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Content is informational, not professional advice, and we don't guarantee it is complete, current, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the site, and our total liability is capped at the amounts you have paid us, if any.
